Bliss flow

The class is a mixture of active movement, breathing and relaxing meditation. You will feel energized physically and mentally after the class. The purpose is to offer a holistic yoga experience guided through by Liisa.
Bloom flow

Claim your essence and bloom! This yoga class is a medium strong and mixture of strengthening flowing poses and soothing ending poses. We are exploring the balance between strength and softness - a stable and grounded body and mind opens the bloom of the heart . Modifications are given depending on whether you’re looking to push yourself, or keep things more gentle. Heidi is welcoming you!
Buddha flow

Viniyoga classes are carefully prepared, varied and creatively designed. A lesson over five to six weeks is always dedicated to one topic. Specifically, we practice dynamic, strengthening and gentler flows which are harmonized with balancing exercises.
Pranayama, breathing techniques and as well meditation are always practiced. Breath is a central theme in Viniyoga, and the exercises are carried out with the flow of breath. In this way, a connection can be established within a short time and a balancing effect can be achieved on body, mind and soul. Chanti is the teacher of the buddha flow.
Badass flow

You know how you feel after reaching a goal - grateful and satisfied, tired yet happy this is a typical Badass Flow journey!
This class is a combination of different levels of asana’s and movements, sun & moon salutations and breath work. It’s packed with self-love and -appreciation, at times sweaty tumbling and pushing past one’s limitations, yet it’s always filled with softness and ease as well.
The aim of this practice is to develop mobility, stretch our physical and mental boundaries and get connected to one’s own body with love and kindness. Silja is the teacher of the badass class.
Meditation & singing bowls

With meditation we achieve inner clarity and our thoughts become calmer. Today it has been scientifically proven that meditating has a positive effect on the body and the brain. We start the meditation with breathing exercises and slow asana/physical exercises. Asana practice has always been used in yoga to prepare the body for periods of sitting in meditation. The supreme discipline and the goal of yoga is always meditation. ​The body practice before the meditation helps you to get into deep relaxation, to align yourself and to become still. At the end of every class you can enjoy a deep relaxation accompanied with singing bowls. Chanti guides you gently through this class.
Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a beautifully delicious practice that offers a chance to turn inward and nurture the calm, quiet center that is innate in all of us. Yin Yoga suits all people and bodies and equips us with the necessary agility required of the nervous system to be able to feel balanced in the modern world. Time spent in the yin state that is slow, gentle and still is the exact opposite to the activity and movement of our busy lives. During the practice we are focusing on the deep tissues by holding easy and relaxing postures for extended periods of time (typically three to five minutes or longer). The poses are held with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments). The time spent holding these asanas is similar to meditation. This enhances your awareness, allows you to feel more subtle energies and sensations and teaches you to relax profoundly. Mind & Body Balance

If you are looking for a flow that can help you to relax, release tension, and connect with your inner self, then the Mind & Body balance is for you. The flow starts with an essential oil ritual, to create more sensation and open our senses after which we warm up the body to get the energy flowing freely. The next section of the flow focuses on the movement of your spine and hips to create more space in your body and to ease the mind. Through dynamic and deep stretches we will gracefully move into deep relaxation posture savasana that will ground you to your most centered self. This class is created and led by Pille.
Core flow yoga

The class starts with core strengthening poses to firm up the belly muscles. Afterwards we move into a slow, meditative flow that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Liisa guides you gently through the class.
Dynamic flow

Dynamic flow is an ashtanga vinyasa sequence where we move from one pose to another guided by breath. The flow of this class is mixed between modified primary series and rocket sequences. You will flow from standing poses to seated ones and end the practice in a realxing savasana. Some little spicy movements are add up and few arm balances to let you explore yourself and bring funny moments and surprises on your mat. Whether you are an ashtanga practitioner or it’s your first time joining the class, yoga will meet you wherever you are. This class is led by Mathilde.
Power flow

This power flow blends together yoga, barre and strength exercises to create grace and balance, while becoming really alive in your body. Focus on every movement, and achieve a toned and lean physique.
Breath into the present moment and trust the journey to reveal your inner power. Be patient, it takes time to build strength and flexibility. Keep practicing and you will find your true essence. This class is created and led by Pille.
Hero flow

The class is focusing on the main poses and alignment but will also encourage your own personal growth.
The Saturday Flow is inviting all the male heroes but the women alike to enjoy and experience the real essence of yoga.
The Hero flow is for those who are looking to build strength, endurance and mobility in their yoga practice and other physical activities.
Sunday flow

Enjoy a relaxing and nice yoga flow before and during the weekend. We focus on highly aligned, breath centered yoga practice infused with meditation. The teachers vary, check our weekly schedule to see who leads the class.
Bliss sessions

Enjoy an evening with your colleagues at our studio, practice yoga, meditate and have some snacks and drinks afterwards. We are looking forward to meeting you.
Yogatherapy & Coaching with Chanti
Are you looking for your personal yoga program?
At the beginning of a yoga coaching there is a personal conversation in which individual and medical information is collected. We then formulate a goal together, which is to be achieved with the help of a tailor-made yoga program (physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and other recommendations).
